The villa
Villa Bonchi is the house we send people to when they say they want “the view”. Every social space — the open kitchen, the ten-seat dining table, the sunken lounge — faces the sea, so you spend the whole day watching the light change over the bay.
Mornings start with coffee on the pool deck and end with the lights of the fishing boats below. Five ensuite suites mean a full house never feels full; the master takes the top floor with its own terrace and freestanding bath.

The local area: Bophut
Bophut is north-coast Samui at its most elegant — the old teak shophouses of Fisherman’s Village hold wine bars, seafood grills and a Friday walking-street market, while the beach stays calm and swimmable most of the year. It’s the island’s best base for families and groups who want good restaurants without Chaweng’s noise.
